Since our products are fulfilled through Zambeel’s dropshipping platform, returns and replacements are processed through our store. Here’s how it works:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return/replacement.
3. We’ll coordinate with Zambeel’s system to generate a return request and guide you on the next steps.
4. Once approved, your product can be replaced or refunded (as per policy).
